Location: Monticello, IN

Pay Range: $18 - $22

Shift: 2nd shift, 3p - 11p

• Perform welding tasks according to job instructions, specifications, and quality expectations.
• Prepare materials and work areas to support safe, efficient welding operations.
• Inspect welds and components to help ensure work meets required standards.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to support production goals and timely completion of work.

• Welding experience and the ability to work from welding-related instructions.
• Comfort working in a hands-on manufacturing environment with a focus on quality and safety.
• Ability to follow procedures and maintain consistent workmanship.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn and improve processes.
• Relevant welding credentials as required for the role.
