• Monday – Friday every week
• Shift time 7:00am – 3:30pm
• The normal setting for this job is our waste disposal facility in Monticello, IN

• Repair equipment including, but not limited to, bulldozers, scrapers, backhoes, front end loaders, yard trucks, farm tractors, forklifts, and company cars
• Diagnose and repair differentials, hydraulic systems, motors, transmissions, drives, air conditioning systems, and electrical systems
• Perform preventative maintenance as set out by the site checklist
• Complete paperwork and administrative tasks such as work orders, card files, PM checklists, and oil samples
• Service and maintain other equipment such as light plants, water pumps, welders, and related equipment

• 6 years of maintenance mechanic experience on heavy equipment
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Be over 18 years of age
• Legally eligible to work in the United States
• Ability to perform physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodations
• Successfully complete and pass pre-employment drug screen and physical

• Curious and determined fixers

• Physical efforts include frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, crouching, and climbing; constant standing, walking, and grasping; occasional sitting and balancing
• Exposure to physical occupational risks such as cuts, burns, and exposure to chemicals
• Exposure to work environment with dirt, odors, noise, and weather extremes
• Job operates in both indoor and outdoor conditions, including inclement weather
