We are seeking a detail‑oriented and customer‑focused General Manager to join our team at our location in Monticello, United States. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving business growth.

• Manage and lead the store team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
• Oversee daily operations, including food preparation, inventory management, and equipment maintenance
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean, safe work environment
• Manage store finances, including budgeting, cost control, and cash handling procedures
• Analyze sales data and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
• Resolve customer complaints and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with suppliers and manage inventory levels to minimize waste and maximize efficiency
