Full-time

Salary: $24-35 per hour

• Independently set up and operate machines for all jobs, ensuring adherence to company quality standards and production efficiency.
• Troubleshoot production issues with support from Supervisors and Engineers to ensure smooth production flow.
• Conduct in-process inspections of machined products, documenting results to ensure products met specifications.
• Assist Machinists in diagnosing and resolving technical issues that arise during machining operations, leveraging analytical problem-solving to identify root causes and implement effective corrective actions.
• Maintain a safe working environment, upholding a proactive safety culture by identifying and addressing potential hazards.

Education and Experience

• Two-year certificate in machine trades preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in CNC machining – Milling.

Skills and Competencies

• Ability to express ideas, share information, listen actively, and demonstrate professionalism in written and verbal communication.
• Able to read and interpret blueprints, use simple math to perform basic calculations, and use hand‑held measuring tools.
• Proficient knowledge of GD&T.
• Subject matter expert and “go‑to” in assigned machining area, collaborating with other Senior Machinists and Supervisors.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Advanced knowledge of reading G‑code and M‑code.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
• Able to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to pass annual vision screening.
