We are seeking machinists experienced in setting up and operating multi‑tasking equipment such as Mill Turns or Swiss. This role fulfills a critical seat in our Mill Turn department on nights, with training provided on days. As a Mill Turn Machinist, you will play a key role in daily operation, setup, production goal attainment, and troubleshooting while maintaining a safe, high‑performing work environment.

• Independently set up and operate machines for various jobs, ensuring adherence to company quality standards and production efficiency.
• Troubleshoot production issues with support from Senior Machinist, Supervisors, and Engineers to ensure smooth production flow.
• Conduct in‑process inspections of machined products, documenting results to ensure products met specifications.
• Assist Junior Machinists and Production Operators in diagnosing and resolving technical issues during machining operations.
• Maintain a safe working environment by upholding a proactive safety culture and addressing potential hazards.

• Associate’s degree in Machining or related field, or work experience in place of education.
• 2+ years experience as a machinist.
• Mill Turn or Swiss experience preferred.
• Multi‑channel programming experience preferred.

• Willingness to learn a new platform with positivity and grit.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, perform basic calculations, and use hand‑held measuring tools.
• General knowledge of CMM, VCMM, and GD&T.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Knowledge of reading G‑code and M‑code.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
