Work Directly With A Culver’s Owner We are family owned, responsible for the operation of the restaurant, who will work the line with you and we invest time in our employees, teaching them important business skills for the future.

Competitive Pay UP TO $20.00/HR FOR ADULTS & UP TO $15.00/HR FOR MINORS. We hold bi-annual reviews that incentivize traits such as flexibility, coachability and accountability. No Experience Is Necessary We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic people who enjoy serving customers. We will teach you everything else you need to know.

Physical Requirements: Stand/Walk Constantly/ Lift/carry 10# to 50#. Well groomed in accordance to uniform standards as outlined in the handbook.
