We are seeking an enthusiastic Applebee’s Server to provide exceptional service and create lasting positive experiences for guests. The Server will be the first point of contact, guide guests through the menu, and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their visit.

• Greet guests promptly and provide menu recommendations.
• Take orders accurately, ensuring all specials and preferences are noted.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently, monitoring guest needs.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues to maintain satisfaction.
• Adhere to food safety and health regulations during service.
• Assist teammates during busy periods and maintain a clean workspace.

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Strong verbal communication skills and friendly demeanor.
• Commitment to excellent guest service and teamwork.
• Ability to work in a fast‑moving restaurant environment.
• Schedule flexibility and availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Exert up to 25 pounds on a typical shift, with frequent lifting of trays.
• Stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach continuously for up to four hours.
• Wear protective hand coveralls and face coverings as required during service.
• Follow sanitization and hand‑washing protocols throughout the shift.

• Base wage at minimum wage plus potential tips.
• Daily Pay optional (not available in California).
