We are proud that our sales consultants earn an average annual salary of $40,000 to $64,000, combining base hourly rate plus uncapped commission. Paid training and a guaranteed ramp-up rate are provided during the first 60 days. Paid time off accrues per pay period: no less than 40 hours per year for the first year, and 80 hours per year thereafter.

Minimum paid sick leave is provided as required by applicable state law.

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of customer service experience, preferably in retail or sales.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods (November through December).
• At least 18 years of age.
• Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Ability to lift 10 pounds.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.

All Sales Consultants must attend and complete a four-day New Hire University (NHU) training program within two weeks of their official start date. The class may include overnight travel at the company’s expense. Various online and computer-based training will be required throughout employment with Victra.

You will be required to take a pre-hire assessment. It takes about 20 minutes or less. If selected to move forward, a recruiter or hiring manager will reach out to provide more information about the role and answer questions.
