WeCare at Sycamore is actively seeking motivated Activity Aides for our community in Montoursville, PA. Our Activity Aides provide the residents exciting, stimulating, and resident-centered recreation programs.

• Assist in planning, preparing, and executing of activities.
• Participate and lead group activities.
• Participate and lead 1:1 activity.
• Assure a safe and home-like environment for our residents.
• Attend and participate in continuing education programs.
• Assist in the set‑up and clean‑up of activity space.

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
• Creative background.
• Previous long‑term care or experience working with the elderly or differently-abled is preferred.
• Communicates professionally with all residents, family members, staff, and visitors.
• Ability to follow step‑by‑step procedures and programs.
