We’re seeking a Contents Restoration Technician to join our growing team. This is a customer-facing position that involves driving to job sites, collecting and delivering items, and ensuring each step of the process is handled with care and professionalism. The ideal candidate is dependable, courteous, and eager to grow within a company that values teamwork and service excellence.

• Drive a company vehicle to and from job sites to collect textiles, electronics, and other personal contents.
• Perform on-site inventory, documentation, and labeling using company systems.
• Obtain necessary signatures and complete required paperwork with customers.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners, contractors, and insurance representatives.
• Safely load, transport, and unload items at the warehouse.
• Assist with cleaning, processing, and storage of contents.
• Deliver restored items back to customers with care and accuracy.
• Maintain organized job notes, photos, and updates in the company system.
• Follow company safety policies and quality standards.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work safely.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and dependable work ethic.
• Basic comfort with tablets or mobile devices for digital documentation.
