Please note that this position is based on our campus in Madison, WI, and requires relocation to the area. We recruit nationally and provide financial relocation assistance.
As a Trainer, you’ll lead in-person and virtual training sessions for physicians, nurses, and other healthcare users, as well as our staff. You will be the first point of contact for many staff and users, shaping their experience as they transition to Epic and helping them save lives. Your responsibilities include instructional design, developing training materials and scenarios, and delivering training sessions.
Outside the classroom, trainers work in teams to design workflow-based training content, collaborate with organizations to develop their training, and contribute to projects to improve our software’s usability.

Minimum Requirements- Bachelor's degree or higher (any major)
- Preferred experience in education, teaching, or performance
- Proven academic and professional success
- Willingness to travel at least 6 times per year
- Eligible to work in the US without visa sponsorship
- Relocation to Madison, WI (reimbursed)
