About the Role
We are seeking exceptional attorneys to join our legal team. Your primary focus will be managing complex litigation and counseling on various areas of potential risk, including regulatory, competition, healthcare law and more. You’ll assist in handling and winning multi‑million dollar disputes, minimize risk through proactive counseling, and represent the company in high‑stakes legal proceedings. Additionally, you’ll forge relationships with vendors and industry collaborators, ensuring compliance with existing and developing legal frameworks in the U.S. and abroad.
Responsibilities- Manage complex litigation cases and provide counsel on regulatory, competition, and healthcare law.
- Assist in the handling and resolution of multi‑million dollar disputes.
- Represent the company in high‑stakes legal proceedings.
- Forge relationships with vendors and industry collaborators.
- Ensure compliance with legal frameworks domestically and internationally.
- JD with experience counseling toward risk mitigation, drafting motions and briefs, taking depositions, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases.
- Experience in competition and regulatory litigation is a plus.
- Strong academic and professional background.
- Eye for detail and excellent communication, writing, and analytic skills.
