In-House Attorney – Corporate Counsel (Litigation)
Epic is looking for an exceptional attorney to join our legal team in Madison, WI. Relocation assistance will be provided.
Responsibilities include negotiating multi‑million‑dollar license and service agreements with healthcare organizations worldwide, forging relationships with vendors and industry collaborators, ensuring compliance with existing and emerging legal frameworks in the U.S. and abroad, and managing litigation. Your role will evolve with your expertise, offering opportunities for growth and leadership.

Qualifications- Strong academic and professional background

- Relocation to Madison, WI required and reimbursed
