• Join our Claims Department as an Associate Claim Counsel and manage complex and litigated claims.
• Provide expert legal analysis, including research, coverage interpretation, and litigation advice to claims professionals.
• Review pleadings and key legal documents.
• Oversee or attend mediations, depositions, and court proceedings.
• Collaborate with outside counsel and vendors to ensure quality and cost-effective services.
• Contribute to strategic projects focused on legal bill review, data analytics, and process improvement.

• Experience as an attorney with a passion for insurance law and litigation strategy.
