We’re hiring a Lead Carpenter who can take charge of custom home and remodeling projects while working hands‑on in the field. This role combines high‑level craftsmanship with production management and team leadership.
Responsibilities- Lead carpenters and subcontractors on residential projects from start to finish
- Interpret architectural plans and ensure precise, high‑quality execution
- Manage job sites, quality control, and project timelines
- Communicate with clients and manage expectations throughout the build
- Work closely with design and project management teams
- 5+ years of carpentry experience (lead experience preferred)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and architectural plans
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Commitment to exceptional craftsmanship and client satisfaction
