Job Description

We are seeking motivated and reliable HVAC Install apprentices to join our team. In this role you’ll assist experienced HVAC technicians in the installation of heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone looking to start a rewarding career in the HVAC industry.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the installations of HVAC systems, including furnaces, boilers and heat pumps both ducted and ductless.
• Support the lead installer
• Maintain tools, equipment and company vehicles

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Always be courteous, respectful, and pleasant to the customer
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, work in various environments and weather conditions
• Valid driver's license

Hourly pay range $16.00 -$18.00

Work location:

In person. Must reliably commute to Montpelier, VT 05602.
