International company in the West Island of Montréal is searching for an accounting/office administration person to complete the accounting/office team.
In a multi-company structure, the individual will be responsible to help/assist in all accounting, office, and business activities such as company reception, welcoming visitors, answering phone, calling customers in USA and Canada, set up classroom training and seminars etc.
The individual must have experience with Epicor or any ERP accounting/operating system. Must have a minimum 3-5 years’ experience in general accounting and office administration. Must be fluent in the English and French languages.
Also, must have a DEC. or DEP. in accounting or equivalent experience.
This position reports to the office manager.
