Overview
Join RENOVCO Inc. as a Senior Controller in Dorval, Montreal. Drive financial accountability and ensure seamless accounting processes in a growing construction firm. This hands-on role at RENOVCO requires a seasoned Controller or Senior Bookkeeper to manage the full accounting function.
Responsibilities- Process payroll accurately and punctually
- Manage full-cycle accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Prepare monthly tax remittances and financial reports
- Track project budgets and ensure compliance
- Maintain an orderly accounting filing system in Quick Books
- Minimum of 5 years bookkeeping or accounting experience
- Proficiency in Quick Books (mandatory)
- Fully bilingual in French and English
- Solid Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- Experience with GST/QST filing and DAS remittances
