Accounting Clerk - Financial Records Expert

In this Accounting Clerk position, you will manage critical financial records and work with senior personnel on various financial projects. You will handle cash and check transactions, prepare invoices, and ensure accounts are accurate and up to date. Regularly producing detailed reports will keep management informed and support decision-making. Maintaining integrity and accuracy in all financial dealings is essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts payable and receivable through software

• Reconcile bank statements effectively and accurately

• Process payroll and oversee overdue accounts management

• Generate thorough profit and loss and financial statements

• Provide informative reports and presentations to management

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in accounting/bookkeeping

• Required high school diploma; accounting coursework preferred

• Experienced in MS Office and accounting software

• Strong attention to detail and vigilance against fraud

• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
