Position: Accounting Associate for Corporate Operations

Join our corporate operations as an Accounting Associate, handling essential accounting functions like accounts payable and receivable. Your attention to detail will support our financial processes.

In this role, an accounting diploma and five years of experience are required to manage invoicing, payment applications, and bank transaction reviews. You will play a part in the monthly closing process and maintain accurate records in both customer and vendor ledgers. Strong communication skills are vital for interacting effectively with clients and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate accounts receivable and payable administration

• Process AR transactions and manage payment applications

• Support bank review processes and monthly close tasks

• Communicate effectively with external and internal stakeholders

• Ensure transaction accuracy in ledgers and documentation

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in accounting

• Must have an accounting diploma (CEGEP level minimum)

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong analytical and organizational abilities

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently
