Accounts Receivable Specialist Manufacturing

Reporting to the Controller, you will manage the full accounts receivable process, including timely collections and cash receipt entries. With a minimum of 4 years’ experience in AR, your expertise will be pivotal in coordinating new customer accounts and issuing credit notes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle the complete accounts receivable process efficiently

• Collect overdue accounts and streamline payments

• Enter cash receipts and manage bank deposits

• Verify new customer credits and manage limits

• Generate detailed customer statements and financial reports

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in accounts receivable

• Proficiency in English for effective communication

• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills

• Familiarity with Sage 300 (ACCPAC) is a plus

• Strong organizational skills with minimal supervision
