College/CEGEP - Experience:
1 year to less than 2 years Tasks - Schedule work
- Prepare and submit reports
- Ensure accuracy of financial transactions
- Co-ordinate, assign and review work
- Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
- Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
- Reconcile accounts
- Manage accounts payable
- Manage accounts receivable
- Ensure accuracy of completed time sheets, payroll and other summaries
- Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
- Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports Employment terms options
