The location in Montreal , ( Quebec , Canada ), is seeking talent to fill the position of Senior Agent, Accounts Payables . This job is full-time permanent .
Overview: Reporting to the Supervisor, Accounts Payable, your role will consist in ensuring the optimal administration of Accounts Payable.
Your challenges:
Enter invoices in the various Domtar payable systems
Assist the Supervisor, Accounts payables in the reconciliation of accounts payables.
Mail and execute the weekly check run to all mills and internal customers.
Investigate and resolve any payment discrepancies.
Communicate with locations, vendors, and managers to maintain the information files updated.
Advise Supervisor on possible improvements on assigned tasks.
You must successfully complete a selection process that includes interviews, aptitude tests (for some positions) and reference verification.

Your profile:
Bilingual French and English (Required for all Corporate Positions)*.
You hold a college degree in accounting or have a minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in accounts payables processing in an SAP environment.
You have a minimum of three (3) years of experience in a similar position.
You master the functionalities of the Microsoft Excel application.
You have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
