As a crucial team member, you will handle the entire accounts receivable process with an emphasis on effective collection strategies. Proactively reach out to customers about their overdue balances while ensuring complete and accurate financial documentation. Your critical thinking will play a crucial role in problem-solving payment issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle accounts receivable and collections activities

• Review aging reports to act on overdue obligations

• Contact customers regarding unpaid balances

• Record payments and reconcile customer accounts

• Address billing issues and discrepancies effectively

Requirements:

• Experience in accounts receivable with collections focus

• Strong negotiation and communication skills needed

• Independent critical thinking and decision-making abilities

• Bilingual in English and French highly preferred

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
