Join SMARDT as a Senior Accounts Receivable and Credit Specialist, focusing on cash flow analysis and payment collections. This role combines expertise in accounts receivable with strong communication skills in a collaborative environment.

With over five years of experience in accounts receivable, you will manage end-to-end AR activities including invoicing, collections, and payment applications. Your primary responsibilities will include monitoring aging reports, resolving payment discrepancies, and supporting customer teams in ensuring timely payments. You will contribute to the development of AR processes to optimize efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage invoicing and collections effectively

• Investigate and resolve billing disputes promptly

• Follow up on project billing terms

• Support cash applications and guarantee accuracy

• Review customer credit applications regularly

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years' experience in accounts receivable

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

• Knowledge of ERP systems and financial reporting

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

• Experience with internal controls and compliance
