We are searching for an Accounts Payable Clerk for a 2-month contract beginning after Canada Day. In this position, you will assist the Director of Finance and maintain the workflow of the accounts payable function. This role demands expertise in Quick Books and strong attention to detail to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Verify expense claims and vendor information
• Enter invoices accurately in Quick Books
• Reconcile vendor statements across multiple currencies
• Communicate with vendors and internal leaders
• Support internal controls for AP processes
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years experience in Accounts Payable
• Post-secondary education in accounting
• Strong attention to detail in task execution
• Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines
• Experience in fast-paced, high-volume environments
