In this temporary position at Domtar, you will report to the Manager of Accounts Payables. Key responsibilities include managing invoice entries in SAP, initiating workflows, resolving discrepancies with mill personnel, and reconciling vendor accounts. Additionally, you will communicate with vendors and internal teams to ensure accuracy and resolve inquiries effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate invoice entries in SAP for compliance

• Initiate and monitor invoice workflows for timely processing

• Collaborate with mill staff to resolve approvals before due dates

• Reconcile vendor accounts to maintain financial accuracy

• Communicate with stakeholders regarding inquiries and issues

Requirements:

• University degree in accounting preferred

• Minimum of six years in accounting or accounts payable

• Proficient with SAP and Microsoft Office Suite

• Bilingual in French and English

• Strong analytical and communication skills
