As the Manager of Financial Reporting & Compliance, you will be pivotal in maintaining accurate and comprehensive financial reporting. You will lead a team, oversee the consolidation of financial data, and ensure adherence to IFRS and regulatory standards while directly supporting business decision-making processes.
Your role is key in navigating complex transactions and reporting processes to align with accounting policies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review and finalize consolidated financial statements
• Lead preparation of monthly and annual reports
• Oversee North American entity consolidations
• Ensure compliance with tight reporting timelines
• Address discrepancies through analysis and controls
Requirements:
• CPA with a bachelor’s degree in accounting
• 10+ years of accounting experience
• Minimum 5 years in management roles
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and IFRS
• Bilingual in French and English
