As an Accounting Manager for Projects and Operations, you will oversee the full accounting cycle for our growing Montréal team. Your expertise in accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and compliance will be crucial in driving financial performance. Key Responsibilities:
• Own full accounting cycle: AP, AR, payroll, cash flow
• Partner with operations to enhance financial performance
• Deliver timely, reliable financial reporting and insights
• Lead in-depth analyses of financial results
• Manage compliance and documentation for projects
Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree in accounting or related field
• 6-10 years’ experience in construction accounting
• Advanced full-cycle accounting knowledge
• Strong understanding of project costing principles
• Ability to mentor junior accounting staff
