Ottawa Accounts Payable Administrator

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure accurate coding and payment of vendor invoices
• Address discrepancies in vendor statements
• Maintain accounts payable documentation
• Post charges to expense accounts
• Monitor outstanding payables and prepare deposits
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of accounts payable experience
• Knowledge of Canadian HST regulations
• Proficient in accounting software and Excel
• Exceptional organizational and analytical skills
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
