Position: Accounts Receivable Supervisor at Pival International

Become an Accounts Receivable Supervisor at Pival International Inc. and focus on optimizing financial processes and team management. Ensure accuracy in billing, collections, and account reconciliations.

This role, reporting to the Director of Finance, involves supervising daily AR tasks while maintaining a comprehensive view of AP activities. You will lead a dedicated team, support month-end activities, and ensure adherence to internal controls and documentation practices. Your analytical skills will support effective decision-making and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and guide the Accounts Receivable daily operations

• Supervise billing, cash application, and customer follow-ups

• Assist in month-end close processes and reporting

• Maintain and enhance financial internal controls

• Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing issues

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant finance or accounting experience

• Previous supervisory experience preferred

• Proficient in Excel and accounting systems

• Understanding of AR, AP, and reconciliations

• Knowledge of ISO
9001:2015 and ISO
14001:2015
