Support Groupe Lebel's accounting team as an Accounting Clerk, managing essential financial tasks and ensuring accuracy in a collaborative environment. This position entails accounts payable, receivable transactions, and maintaining comprehensive financial records.

As an Accounting Clerk under the supervision of the Controller, you'll assist with administrative and financial responsibilities in a thriving organization. Key tasks include processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and responding to inquiries professionally. Your attention to detail, combined with strong communication skills, will be essential in maintaining high standards of financial accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process both accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions

• Prepare financial records and reports accurately

• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger entries

• Assist with payroll and month-end closing activities

• Maintain organized filing systems for financial documentation

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting, Bookkeeping, or related field

• Prior accounting/bookkeeping experience preferred

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
