At Execaire Aviation, the Accounts Payable Clerk plays a crucial role in processing incoming invoices, collaborating with suppliers, and ensuring timely payments. You'll verify and reconcile supplier statements while working closely with colleagues to resolve any discrepancies. Key Responsibilities:

• Process and manage vendor invoices from various sources

• Review accuracy and relevance of incoming invoices

• Code and approve non-PO invoices through ONBASE

• Handle PO invoices post-service reception accurately

• Communicate with suppliers for unprocessed items

Requirements:

• AEC or DEP certification required

• Minimum one year of accounting experience

• Intermediate knowledge of Excel and MS Office

• Proven ability to reconcile supplier statements

• Detail-oriented mindset for invoice accuracy
