Accounting clerk

We are actively seeking an Accounting Clerk to join the finance department team.

As an Accounting Clerk, your role will include:

• Verify, prepare, and approve payment schedules;
• Verify and enter invoices;
• Reconcile cash receipts;
• Participate in month-end processes, including the preparation and entry of journal entries;
• Provide administrative support to accountants in performing clerical tasks.

Requirements:

• Good knowledge of Excel and pivot tables as well as knowledge of computerized accounting systems;
• Excellent communication skills in English and French as un your daily functions you will be collaborating with internal clients across Canada;
• Diploma in accounting or equivalent or a minimum of one year of relevant experience;
