A strong understanding of accounting practices and reconciliation tools, particularly One Stream, is essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute cash reconciliation from Sub-Ledger to Bank

• Prepare comprehensive monthly reconciliation packages

• Analyze open items for timely resolution

• Review auto-match results; recommend enhancements

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies

Requirements:

• College diploma in Accountancy or equivalent

• 1-2 years of reconciliation experience required

• Strong understanding of accounting practices

• Experience with One Stream reconciliation tool a plus

• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis
