Reporting to the Director of Finance, your mission is to manage the entire accounts payable cycle while optimizing processes for efficiency and effectiveness. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage vendor creation, invoice entries, and payment preparations

• Validate expenses and ensure proper allocation and approvals

• Perform bank reconciliations and prepare transactions for payments

• Participate in financial analyses and process enhancements

• Communicate with vendors for outstanding inquiries regarding accounts

Requirements:

• DEC in Accounting with 3 to 5 years of experience

• Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office

• Fluent in French and English, spoken and written

• Detail-oriented with strong prioritization skills

• Great communication and team collaboration skills
