Location: Montreal

As an Accounting Technician, you'll be at the heart of our financial team, managing bookkeeping, vendor administration, and payroll processes. We value innovation, so you’ll have the opportunity to identify improvements in our financial operations.
Your role will also support our leadership, providing visibility into company operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate bookkeeping and financial records daily
• Issue and monitor client invoices and payments
• Reconcile bank accounts and manage documentation
• Coordinate timely payroll processing and employee records
• Provide administrative support to the leadership as needed
Requirements:
• DEC in accounting or related field
• Minimum of 3 years in accounting or administration
• Experience with bank reconciliations and payroll in Quebec
• Proficiency in Quick Books or similar software
• Detail-oriented and trustworthy with sensitive information
