Reporting directly to the Controller, you will engage in hands-on duties including managing accounts payable, preparing balance sheet reconciliations, and supporting year-end audits. Your communication skills and detail-oriented mindset will ensure effective collaboration with vendors and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead accounts payable management effectively

• Oversee the month-end close process thoroughly

• Prepare monthly reconciliations for compliance

• Assist in payroll processes and vendor-related inquiries

• Support the preparation of financial reports

Requirements:

• 3-5 years accounting experience needed

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred

• Proficiency in Quick Books and Microsoft Office

• Strong analytical skills with precision orientation

• French fluency is a strong asset
