We need a skilled Accounting Analyst with 2-4 years of experience in managing financial documents. Your responsibilities will include preparing invoices, conducting reconciliations, and supporting collections initiatives. You’ll also collaborate on reporting and audits, ensuring precision in financial data management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage outstanding receivables effectively

• Process vendor invoices and verify against documentation

• Prepare customer invoices and assist with collections

• Conduct monthly account reconciliations and reporting

• Support year-end close processes and audits

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or similar

• 2–4 years of relevant accounting experience

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel

• Familiarity with accounting or ERP software
