You will supervise daily operations, ensure accuracy in invoices, and prioritize workloads effectively. Partnering with Finance and Talent Management, you will address complex issues and drive process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily supervision and development of the AP team

• Allocate and prioritize tasks for timely financial activities

• Review transactions for compliance and accuracy

• Oversee all talent, vendor, and supplier payments

• Resolve complex payment discrepancies and issues

Requirements:

• 5+ years in accounts payable or financial operations

• Experience leading an AP or accounting team

• Strong understanding of AP processes and vendor management

• Net Suite experience is a strong asset

• Bilingual in English and French
