In this pivotal role, you will lead the Expatriate Tax Services team, providing expertise in Canadian and US tax returns, while mentoring colleagues. You'll be tasked with offering day-to-day expatriate tax advice and working on exciting consulting projects affecting global equity and executive compensation. Your collaboration with the Partner in charge and focus on business development is vital to the growth of BDO's practice in Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance on Canadian and US tax returns

• Review and approve individual tax returns

• Offer detailed expatriate tax consulting

• Collaborate closely with the Partner

• Identify new business opportunities for the tax practice

Requirements:

• CPA designation mandatory

• At least seven years of expatriate tax specialization

• Bilingual in English and French required

• Excellent communication abilities

• Interest in team development and training
