Valnet is looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Supervisor passionate about financial accuracy. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the complete AP cycle, ensuring organized management of financial records and adherence to compliance standards. You’ll also engage with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage the full Accounts Payable cycle

• Process high volumes of payments and maintain accurate records

• Review and validate employee expense reports

• Conduct reconciliations of bank and corporate accounts

• Facilitate internal audits by preparing essential documentation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related discipline

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or accounting

• Proficient with ERP/accounting systems, Oracle Net Suite preferred

• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail

• Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines
