With 3 to 5 years of experience, you will handle payroll validations, manage accounts payable/receivable, and prepare tax documents. Your expertise in month-end closing and attention to detail is essential for ensuring accurate financial reporting. This role also involves optimizing processes utilizing AI for efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Validate payroll and manage timesheets accurately

• Prepare T4s and CNESST filings for tax compliance

• Track rents and coordinate billing legal documents

• Manage financial records for multiple entities

• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and credit card management

Requirements:

• Education in accounting is required

• Hands-on accounting experience of 3-5 years

• Proficiency in financial reporting and record management

• Interest in automation and AI technologies

• Fluency in both French and English is desirable
