In this Controller position at A.T.L.A.S. Aéronautik, you will oversee all aspects of financial reporting and control within a fast-growing manufacturer.
Your role is crucial in advising management on financial strategies and ensuring the integrity of accounting processes. You will manage the accounting cycle while developing KPIs that track business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute and oversee the full accounting cycle
• Lead preparations for external audits as main contact
• Advise on strategic financial processes and operational profitability
• Streamline and enhance internal accounting procedures
• Develop key performance indicators for tracking efficiency
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
• CPA professional title required
• Minimum 5 years in a manufacturing setting
• Experience with financial analysis and budgeting
• Epicor software knowledge is a plus
