You will play a key role in supporting the NHL's financial processes, specifically through managing accounts payable and receivable. Your responsibilities will include processing payments, tracking compliance, and maintaining accurate records for beneficiaries. Engaging with internal stakeholders, you will assist with various audits and data requests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage payment requests for the NHL Emergency Assistance Fund

• Track payment schedules and beneficiaries' compliance

• Work with NHL Alumni on the Wellness Fund responsibilities

• Maintain confidential financial records and documents

• Contribute to audit preparations and financial reporting

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years in finance or accounting

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Bilingual in French and English, written and spoken

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required

• Experience with SAP S/4

HANA is advantageous
