As part of the Financial Shared Services team, you will oversee the daily processing of accounts payable and receivable transactions. Responsibilities include verifying expenses, facilitating payments, and ensuring compliance with established financial policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process invoices and manage customer payments

• Verify compliance with procurement policies

• Resolve inquiries from suppliers in a timely manner

• Conduct month-end financial processes and reconciliation

• Assist departments with financial insights and reports

Requirements:

• 2 to 4 years of relevant finance experience

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance

• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office

• Bilingual communication skills in English and French
