Invoicing Clerk Status:

• Diploma in Accounting or equivalent relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of billing and basic accounting principles
• Diploma in accounting, administration, or management, or equivalent relevant experience
• Thoroughness and attention to detail
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities
• strong organizational skills and autonomy
• Clear and professional communication with clients and internal teams
• Ability to resolve disputes constructively

• Send invoices to customers using their preferred delivery method (email, mail, portal)
• Respond to customer questions regarding their invoices.
• Escalate potential issues to the supervisor
• Verify information (prices, quantities, taxes, commercial terms)
• Apply the required discounts, rebates, fees, penalties, or adjustments
• Prepare credit notes in the event of errors or returns
• Participate in month-end closings while meeting deadlines
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding invoices
• Manage disputes involving pricing errors, discrepancies, or duplicate invoices
• Perform accounts payable department tasks (processing supplier invoices and following up on account statements)
• Collaborate with the Sales, Logistics, Operations, and Accounting teams
• Maintain a high standard of service and communication
