Billing Clerk

Position: Billing Clerk at Pomerleau
Location: Montreal

Join the Pomerleau team as a Billing Clerk, responsible for accurate timesheet management in a hybrid work environment. Ensure all subcontractors’ payments are processed efficiently and meticulously.

As a Billing Clerk with Pomerleau Canam Construction Group, you'll play a key role in the financial operations of our projects. You will review timesheets from subcontractors, confirm approvals through the Construction Department, and enter data using SAP. Your attention to detail will help you proactively address any issues regarding timesheet submissions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and verify timesheets from subcontractors

• Ensure timesheets are approved by the Construction Department

• Enter timesheet data accurately into SAP

• Identify and resolve issues related to timesheet collection

• Prepare timesheets for CCQ employees as needed

Requirements:

• AEC or DEC in Accounting required

• 3 to 5 years of accounting experience

• Knowledge of CCQ collective agreement is an asset

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
