We are searching for a motivated Controller to join our corporate accounting team. This senior position requires a CPA designation and a minimum of 10 years of accounting experience. You will be instrumental in overseeing the preparation of financial statements, tax returns, and handling government audits to ensure compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor cash positions and issue monthly cash flow reports

• Manage year-end close processes for holding companies

• Prepare financial statements per ASPE standards

• Coordinate with external auditors for audits

• Analyze financial data to aid decision-making

Requirements:

• CPA designation required

• 10+ years in accounting, CPA firm and corporate

• Strong knowledge of ASPE and tax regulations

• Proficient in financial software, including Yardi

• Bilingual in French and English, oral and written
