As part of AIM’s finance department, your role will include reviewing and processing vendor invoices within various accounting systems. With a background of at least two years in a similar position, you will use your accounting knowledge and familiarity with software to address transactional discrepancies and maintain organized records efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately review vendor invoices for posting

• Validate invoices against purchase orders and receipts

• Identify and rectify discrepancies in invoices

• Communicate with vendors and internal departments

• Reconcile vendor statements with company records

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years' relevant experience

• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles

• Relevant post-secondary education

• Intermediate computer skills, especially Excel

• Fluency in French and English
